In 2026, we came together to define a shared vision for transforming children's healthcare in Canada and to identify the priorities needed to create more equitable, integrated, and child-centred systems. In 2027, we take the next step - turning that shared vision into collaborative action.

As children's healthcare systems in Canada continues to evolve, meaningful change will require sustained partnership, coordinated leadership, and a commitment to implementation. Building better systems means bringing together diverse voices, perspectives, and expertise to accelerate solutions that improve the health and well-being of children, youth, and families.

Join health system leaders, clinicians, researchers, advocates, policymakers, families, and cross-sector partners from across the country to share practical innovations, strengthen partnerships, and advance the policies, practices, and investments needed to create lasting system change.

Together, we will explore how to move from momentum to measurable impact, breaking down silos, scaling what works, and building connected, responsive systems that put children and youth at the centre.
