Canada is facing a children’s health crisis decades in the making. Once a global leader, our nation now ranks near the bottom among high-income countries for child health outcomes. Across the country, children and families are struggling to access timely, high-quality care—while systems remain fragmented, under-resourced, and misaligned with children’s unique needs. This national conference is a call to collective action.

Children’s Healthcare Canada invites health system leaders, clinicians, researchers, advocates, policymakers, and partners from across sectors to come together in pursuit of transformational change. Through shared learning and collaboration, we will explore what it takes to build equitable, accessible, and fully integrated child health systems—systems that are designed with and for children and families.

By spotlighting promising models, advancing policy and investment strategies, and aligning around a national vision, this event will foster the relationships, tools, and insights needed to drive real, measurable change. Together, we will explore how to move from aspiration to action, break down silos, and ensure that every child in Canada has the opportunity to thrive.
